a fan's review...

Panayotis Terzakis accompanied by his pianist Andreas Rendoulis gave two unique performances especially for "Eilissos" Small Theater (Dec 10th and 11th, 2007).
"As Time Goes By", "Some Enchanted Evening" and an a capella version of "Nature Boy" that gave him a long applause followed among others, till the first part to finish with a very theatrical and moving interpretation of  "Ol' Man River" and a couple of spirituals.
The real surprise of the evening was when Panayotis entered with his guitar and sung along with Greeks and Americans that attended the show tunes of Elvis Presley, John Denver and Joan Baez!
Last part included jazz tunes by Thelonious Monk * , Gershwin  and a song by Manos Hadjidakis "All Alone Am I " that Panayotis sung in English and the audience in Greek!
"Fever" was one of the highlights of the concert- very funny and entertaining! Panayotis' ability to delve into different emotions touched deeply the audience and ertentained us  the most!
The night ended with "Strangers In The Night" and "Last Christmas" but the audience did not let Panayotis to leave the stage but after four encores! N.P.
